Terms of Service

Welcome to GrabPrinter. By using our service you agree to these Terms. GrabPrinter is a marketplace operated by Digital Perpetual.

1. The service

GrabPrinter connects people who need to print documents ("requesters") with people who own printers ("owners"). GrabPrinter is not a party to any individual transaction between you and another user.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate info. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

3. Fees

GrabPrinter charges a 15% platform fee on paid prints and a S$0.30 convenience fee on free prints. Owners receive their portion via Stripe Connect. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Content

You must not upload illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, content that violates third-party rights, or anything designed to harm an owner's equipment. See our Content Policy.

5. Owner obligations

Owners must print approved jobs promptly, maintain the listed equipment, and honour the privacy modes chosen by the requester (print-on-arrival, unlock code, etc.).

6. Disputes

Payments are held by Stripe for 24 hours after a job is marked complete. During this time either party may raise a dispute. GrabPrinter will review and resolve at its discretion.

7. Liability

GrabPrinter is provided "as is". We are not liable for printer failures, data loss, delivery delays, or any indirect damages. Maximum liability to you is the fees paid to GrabPrinter in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
