What we collect
- Account info (name, email, phone, password hash)
- Printer listings (location, capabilities, pricing)
- Job records (file metadata, not file contents — files are auto-deleted after 24h)
- Payment records via Stripe (we don't store full card numbers)
- Approximate location (used to find nearby printers; never stored permanently)
How we use it
- Operate the marketplace (match requesters to printers)
- Process payments via Stripe
- Arrange delivery via Lalamove (when chosen)
- Send transactional emails (job updates, receipts)
- Detect fraud and abuse
Files
Uploaded PDFs are stored encrypted in DigitalOcean Spaces (Singapore region). Files are automatically deleted 24 hours after the job completes or is cancelled. Only the agent handling your specific job receives a short-lived download link.

Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We honour GDPR/CCPA requests where applicable.
